Have you installed some packages for the current project ?
Otherwise, click on "Browse" Tab

Which version of Visual Studio are you using? Do you have the same problem when switching to Browse tab?
Please check your internet connection and try to set All as your package source to check again.

Do you mean that you want to read Microsoft excel file(.xlsx) in Visual Studio through installing NuGet packages or extensions? Or do you want to check the installed NuGet packages or extensions about .xlsx in your VS2019?
To be able to to read Microsoft excel file(.xlsx) in Visual Studio through installing NuGet packages or extensions.
Maybe you can try the ExcelDataReader: https://github.com/ExcelDataReader/ExcelDataReader.
