SCCM Passive Site Server fails to install

We are running Config Manager 2103, and looking to spin up a passive site server with High Availability to help migrate to a new server. Been following along with this video from Patch My PC on how to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsHsBseqkD0

So, I've moved the Content Library to a Remote location, removed the distribution point role on my SCCM server, setup all the required security, ie.e adding the server to admin/sysadmin groups.

I'm at the point where I'm installing the passive site server, and it goes through the Pre-Reqs section and everything checks out fine, then right before installation of the software, it rolls back and removes all the files.

In the ConfigMgrSetup.log I found this:

Nothing is installed on the new server that is going to be the Passive Site Server, no roles, clients, etc. It has the same ADK as the my only Site Server. Not sure what is causing this to fail.

    Hi @Rodney Urbaniak ,

According to the information, it seems that there are something wrong in configmgr manifest E:\PLS1S7LA.TMP\redist\ConfigMgr.Manifest.cab. We could open this file manually to check if it is normal, if not, we could download prerequisite again to check if the problem is solved.
