Speech Studio's Custom Keyword for Mandarin Advanced Model seems to not work as of August 27, 2021

Hi, I've been messing around with Speech Studio's Custom Keywords - Mandarin as the language for a few months.

Advanced models for 2 words in Mandarin from my testing seems to not work at all. I have also tried a couple of 4 word phrases.

1. I create a project on Speech Studio > Custom Keyword
2. I select Language - Chinese (Mandarin, Simplified)
3. When I create a new model and use Model type Basic, after the model is created, I can Test the model correctly. Basic always works.
4. When I create a model with Model type Advanced, after 24 hours, I can Test the model, but it does not work no matter how I say the 2 words.

From my experience so far, using 2 words for Custom Keyword in Mandarin, Advanced model, does not seem to work no matter what characters I've written.

I have not tried over 10 advanced models, but I've tried around 7 Advanced models.

I want to see what I can do or if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks!

When I tried again on October 13, 2021, the resulting status Succeeded with Chinese (Mandarin, Simplied) .

• It works, but the advanced pronunciation can be difficult to trigger.
• Since it worked at least once on the testing the voice command page, I will close this question for now.
