    Dear Parts4Cells Accounting,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble creating DKIM keys. Just to clarify, are you trying to create DKIM keys for your Microsoft 365 or Office subscription, could you please share the steps you were trying to follow? If so, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Go to the Setup > Domains page.
    3. Select the domain you want to create DKIM keys for.
    4. Under Domain settings, select View DNS settings.
    5. In the DNS settings page, scroll down to the TXT records section.
    6. Create a new TXT record with the following values:
      • Name/Host/Alias: selector1._domainkey
      • Value/Answer/Destination: v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQD...
(Note: The value/answer/destination should be the DKIM key that you generate. You can use a DKIM key generator tool to create the key.)
    7. Save the new TXT record.

If you're still having trouble creating DKIM keys, please let me know and I'll do my best to assist you further. Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue right away. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Thank you for your help.
