    Hello Peter D,

I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

Let's try some troubleshooting steps to get OneDrive working again:

    1. Check OneDrive Status: You can check the current status of OneDrive by visiting the Microsoft 365 Service Status page.
    2. Restart OneDrive: Sometimes, simply restarting the OneDrive app can resolve connectivity issues. Right-click on the OneDrive icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen), and select "Close OneDrive". Then, reopen OneDrive from the Start menu.
    3. Restart Your Computer: A simple restart can often fix many software-related issues. Try restarting your computer and see if that resolves the problem.
    4. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
    5. Check OneDrive Settings: Make sure that OneDrive is set to start automatically when you sign in to Windows. You can check this by right-clicking on the OneDrive icon in the system tray, selecting "Settings", and then navigating to the "Settings" tab. Ensure that the "Start OneDrive automatically when I sign in to Windows" option is checked.
    6. Reinstall OneDrive: If none of the above steps work, you can try reinstalling OneDrive. To do this, first, close OneDrive from the system tray. Then, uninstall OneDrive from your computer through the Control Panel or Settings app. After uninstalling, restart your computer and reinstall OneDrive from the official Microsoft website.

    Best Regards, Shalom
