Dear Sires,

I am using MS office 365 business including mail services.
all outgoing mails to others landing into SPAM or junks at receiver side

    Does this issue occur when your email is sent out to individual recipients or some recipients?
    If it is sent to some recipients, do they have any common characteristics, such as belonging to the same domain?

    If the issues occurs when you send emails to individual recipients, considering that the recipient may block your emails, it is recommended that you could contact the recipient to check his block sender list and add you to safe sender(Click Home > Delete group > Junk > Junk E-mail Options>Safe Senders>Add), so that email messages from you in the recipient's mailbox are never moved to the Junk E-mail folder.

    If the issues occurs when you send emails to recipients in the same domain, according to my research, I found that you could try to contact the administrator of the organization and append your email address to the safe list of all users in their organization via GPO. For specific steps, please refer to the YukiSun-MSFT's answer in this thread.
