HELP! I've received emails with attachments in Wave Browser files, which I've downloaded. It shows that they have downloaded, but when I try to insert them in Publisher, the files don't show up.

HELP! I've received emails with attachments in Wave Browser files, which I've downloaded. It shows that they have downloaded, but when I try to insert them in Publisher, the files don't show up in downloaded files. What am I doing wrong?

    I understand that you can't insert files in Publisher.

    First, I need to confirm some information:

    • Do you use a personal or work account?
    • You mentioned that you can't insert a picture. Did you not find the file in the file list? Or did you select the file but the connection was not successfully generated or displayed? Please provide a screenshot if it is convenient.
