Gsuite Server rejecting my email

My emails are being rejected by the G Suite server despite having a good domain reputation, and we're not sending bulk emails through Microsoft Office 365.

This issue is impacting our business, and we need someone to address it promptly, or else we'll have to consider switching over to G Suite.

    • Are you using the new Outlook for Windows or classic Outlook for Windows?
    • If your problem occurred in outlook desktop client, please kindly use your account to login OWA(outlook web app) and then create a test email to check whether you got the same error, thanks.
    • In general, the system will automatically push the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) when the email cannot be sent, so if you receive any error messages or error codes when sending the email, please kindly share the full screenshot with me, thank you.
    • You just can't send an email to the other person? I mean you can receive the email?

    When Office 365 tried to send the message to the recipient (outside Office 365), the recipient's email server (or email filtering service) suspected the sender's message is spam.

    If the sender can't fix the problem by modifying their message, contact the recipient's email admin and ask them to add your domain name, or the sender's email address, to their list of allowed senders.

    Although the sender may be able to alter the message contents to fix this issue, it's likely that only the recipient's email admin can fix this problem. Unfortunately, Office 365 Support is unlikely to be able to help fix these kinds of externally reported errors.

    Microsoft has been having these issues lately.

    My suggestion is to raise a support ticket and let Microsoft deal with it on the back end, as well as asking the affected recipient to whitelist Microsoft domains since they may also be having difficulties with other senders using Microsoft365 besides your company.
