Can UWP MediaPlayerElement choice video decoding mode?

Use UWP MediaPlayerElement play media ，the CPU is 2%,but GPU is 100%,
Can UWP MediaPlayerElement choice video decoding mode to using more CPU less GPU?

because sometimes the CPU used 2% but the GPU had used 100% ,so i want the CPU  do more ,the GPU do less ,
     you  had tell me but the Difficulties remain me, so i try more ,thank you

Can UWP MediaPlayerElement choice video decoding mode to using more CPU less GPU?

I've to say that there is no such API that could decide to use CPU or GPU when using MediaPlayerElement. You could submit a feature request in the Feedback Hub. You could find the Feedback Hub in the Start Menu.
