Ctrl+Shift+V keyboard shortcut for Keep text only paste is not working for me

The keep text only is not working for me, as mentioned here:

The Insider program is Microsoft's beta-testing. You only get those features if you sign up for the Insider program. The Insider program is not for computers that need to get real-world work done, as the beta features may not work as expected.

To add your own keyboard shortcut to that command:

1. Choose File>Options>Customize Ribbon.
2. Click on the Keyboard shortcuts Customize button.
3. In the Categories list, choose All Commands
4. In the Commands list, choose PasteTextOnly.
5. Click in the Press new shortcut key field, then press the key combination you wish to use to invoke that command.
6. Close the dialog and test your new keyboard shortcut.

Word has never had this feature, so there's nothing broken. The beta version of this hasn't been rolled out yet to production versions of Word.
