You can use command below to check all the disconnect mailbox(User Mailbox, Public Folder Mailbox) on your Exchange server. On my Exchange server, this Public Folder Mailbox was deleted:

    Get-MailboxDatabase |foreach {Get-MailboxStatistics -Database $_.DistinguishedName}| where{$_.DisconnectReason -ne $null} | Format-List DisplayName,DisconnectReason,DisconnectDate

If your Public Folder Mailbox is disabled or deleted, it will show in this command.
