Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
I solved it, here are the steps:
- Sign-In to your microsoft account;
- Go to Security tab and click on Manage how I sign in;
- Disable Send sign-in notification;
- Disable Passwordless account if enabled;
- Disable Two-step verification if enabled;
- On your phone open Microsoft Authenticator and delete the account;
- Clean the cache of the app and force close of the app;
- Reboot the phone;
- Re-enable all previous settings;
