Send HTTP request to SharePoint - Error 400

Hi, I had setup a flow with "Send HTTP request to SharePoint" to grab the form details (title, id, etc.). It was running with no issue up until midnight of 19.9.2024, then it starts to fail in the morning.

Below is my setup of the action:

And below is the error message I got:

As there were no changes made to the flow, wondering if there is any changes to either MS Form or PA that caused this action to fail?

Some methods I tried:

  1. Reauthenticate the connection
  2. Creating and selecting a new connection
  3. Copying the flow as new flow
  4. Adding header key: Accept and value: application/json

Appreciate your help.

    hi Xumin,

I apologize, but I have no experience with this - open a support ticket - go to the Automate admin (upper right corner of the automate screen) with screenshots as an attachment, and they'll help you. They were extremely helpful for me.

    Good luck!

    Hi Joan,

Thanks for the help. May I know how do I raise an support ticket?

I was able to find the "Admin Center" on the top right settings:

However when I clicked on it, it brought me here:

    ]

Does the support ticket can only be seen the by system administrator?

I'm not sure about the System Admin access, I only know that I can open tickets there. I click environment, help and support at the top of that screen. They will take you through some questions so the ticket goes to the right person. Be sure to select or mention Automate so you aren't getting other power solutions.

if you can't see it, ask your admin for access. Most will be happy to let you self-serve.

    Good luck!

    Hello,

I am trying to do the first step and I am getting an error message that states:

Failed with error: 'AADSTS65002: Consent between first party application 'd2ebd3a9-1ada-4480-8b2d-eac162716601' and first party resource 'c9a559d2-7aab-4f13-a6ed-e7e9c52aec87' must be configured via preauthorization - applications owned and operated by Microsoft must get approval from the API owner before requesting tokens for that API. Trace ID: 80fc64e5-f028-4ce1-b0a6-22dc89c21600 Correlation ID: e6e8c4e3-1946-4d5e-93a1-ed84c534fc4a Timestamp: 2024-10-07 17:32:45Z '. Please sign in again.

I copied the URLs you put in and it brings me to a sign in page and I am not sure what to do from there. The second step did work for me though.

    hi Sarahlv428,

Are you referring to the steps to create the API? It sounds like you don't need that step and already have a configured connector, if that's the case, then I would think you should have what you need. Unfortunately, I'm learning as well and not a great source of information (yet).

ps. You might have more luck in the Power Automate Community that MS mentioned in the first page. If this doesn't work for you, then try opening a case there, or open one with MS.

    Good luck!
