I see the private message. I have un-installed OneDrive and canceled my subscription, though I bought a year so I have a long time of not using it allowed at this point.
Multiple accounts criss-crossed, nothing on accounts.microsoft.com actually working
I have been trying to straighten out this issue for quite a while. I have multiple Microsoft accounts, two of which are mine/my business (LLC). These accounts are criss-crossed, mangled, something.
What I really need is to have them merged.
One has a paid Microsoft 365 subscription, but every action leads to "internet connection not found". Strange, as I can always submit feedback to Microsoft right then, access everything else on the internet.
One has a paid Windows 11 Professional upgrade.
These don't seem to be the same account. Outlook has never sync'd. I can't even get signed in because of some error. I can't access help through either of my accounts because of this error. I can't register my device because of this error.
I don't know how to tell you the accounts without posting my email addresses. I have nowhere to send this information.

2024-11-15T04:35:35+00:00 Let's use my business account. This is the one I am currently logged in with. This is the one I have an active, paid for Microsoft 365 subscription with. It should be the one my Windows Professional 11 was purchased through and connected to.
I close the OneDrive app from the system tray. I start it again. It prompts me to log in. I use my business account mentioned above. I enter my password. I have never gotten any response except this one:
As you see, I interrupted my typing this response to try this. I was connected to the internet prior to attempting to log in, I didn't lose this session nor any other, yet I get this blatantly incorrect error message.
It has been months and months of this, trying when I feel like I need a headache.
Can you help or should I abandon this OneDrive non-sense and find a backup solution that actual works?

2024-11-15T04:17:15+00:00 Thank you for replying.
If I could access OneDrive through ANY account, that would be grand.
If I could access PhoneLink through ANY account, that would be grand.
Can you help with ANYTHING?

2024-11-15T03:09:29+00:00 Hello Julie Campbell2
Good day and thanks for contacting Microsoft community support.
We truly understand how overwhelming and frustrating it must be to have multiple Microsoft accounts tangled together, especially when trying to manage both your personal and business accounts, all while dealing with sync errors, subscription issues, and sign-in problems. It’s really challenging when these accounts don’t seem to be behaving as they should, and it sounds like the whole situation has become more complicated by the lack of clarity around which account holds which services and subscriptions.
I want to assure you that you are not alone in experiencing this type of account confusion. It happens more often than you would think, especially when juggling multiple accounts for both personal and business purposes. As much as we would love to assist with directly merging your accounts or viewing the specifics of your situation, due to privacy and security reasons, Microsoft cannot access or merge accounts.
Please keep in mind, you cannot combine multiple Microsoft personal accounts or transfer subscriptions between them. While you can work within one account by connecting services, you'll still need to manage the accounts separately.
Hope this answers your query well. Please feel free to reach out if your need further assistance with the issue. We will be happy to help!
Sincerely,
Bertrand
