Evidentially MS blocks you from calling after a few failed attempts. Did you find any way to speak to someone that can help? I’ve been hung up on and screamed in previously by outsourced Indians. Idk what to do now

I am using Word and need the Transcript option. My husband has it in his computer but I don't have it in mine. I only have the Dictation option. How can I have it? We use the same account, we should all have the same options.
