Error code 43881 - cannot contact support

Error code 43881 and the message says to open a support ticket but there isnt a option to do so and the 800 865 9408 says to open a support ticket. Does Microsoft review their troubleshooting processes before publishing them? This is for a trial of Microsoft 365 Professional however I cant even try it because you support process is broken.

    If you bought this subscription from reseller, contact them for more help.

    If you bought directly from Microsoft, yon have to attempt phone support option several time to get support from special team of Microsoft https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/support-contact-info?view=o365-worldwide
