@SimpactPlayer Apologies for the delay in response and all the inconvenience caused because of the issue.
The mentioned error is around NvidiaGpuDriverWindows not installed and that is why VM provisioning is failing.
Can you check this along with pre requisite on the supported version for installation. Once it is installed the VM will reboot to finish the installation. If you are still getting the same error follow the steps as mentioned here in this section
Run the mentioned command and check the error code. You can provide it here so I can assist you further :)
az vm extension list --resource-group myResourceGroup --vm-name myVM -o table
