Microsoft office professional plus 2021 detected changes to the hardware on your computer

Hi Microsoft team,

I have started to receive this message (Microsoft office professional plus 2021 detected changes to the hardware on your computer) when I-m opening any office application.

Through internet I'm unable to activate pro product because an error message i receive(We're are sorry, something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. Please try again later. (0xC004C060)).

Through telephone I'm also unable to activate it, because you robot is telling me to go to a web site (which is very hard to understand) and after that it drops the call.

Can you please assist?

    When you try phone activation, bypass the prompts for automated assistance and stay on the line until a real person replies.

    That said, the problem here may be with Office Professional Plus, specifically. The Plus versions are usually volume license, intended for large corporations. If you purchased it privately, as a consumer, you may have been scammed and the license has now been revoked by Microsoft. If that is the case, there isn't anything you can do, unfortunately, except get a different product.
