Our company is using Office 2016 and we've numbers of addons become failure to use , which seemed that related to the latest Nov Security Update (KB5002653).
Does anybody facing the same problem?? (The office edition is now become 16.0.5474.1000)

Yes, we have the same problem, uninstalling KB5002653 fixes this issue.

The issue has been confirmed and there are workarounds - see my blog post from tonight.
Excel 2016 can no longer load add-ins after Nov. 2024 update KB5002653

If this only appears after the latest update, which could be some compatibility issue with Office add-ins that exists with the newer versions of the update, then I'm wondering if uninstalling this KB patch temporarily might help?
