The second last object looks like a content control. You should be able to delete it.
An alternative method is to resave the document in *.doc format which will remove all unsupported features, including (but not limited to) content controls.

When I accept the review changes, many empty spaces appear into the text.

What language did you use?
Whether the issue will exist in other documents or only in this document?
Did you modify the problem letters?
I suggest you test in a new Word document with sample paragraph (enter the function=rand() in word).
Then check the paragraph settings, check the Alignment, Special, Line spacing try to set to default settings in document.
Clear all the styles in the redlined file.
