Hi, BillWells
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
To check your OneDrive storage usage on Windows 10 with Microsoft 365, follow these steps:
- Check Storage on OneDrive Web Interface:
- Open a web browser and go to OneDrive. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Once you're on the OneDrive main page, you'll see your account storage information at the top-right corner of the page, where it shows your account name and a brief overview of your storage.
- Check Storage on OneDrive Mobile App:
- If you're using the OneDrive app on a mobile device, you can check storage by opening the app. Tap "More" (usually three dots or a gear icon) and then select "Account" or "Settings".
- Your storage information should be displayed here.
- Check Storage on Windows 10 File Explorer:
- Open File Explorer. Click on "OneDrive" in the left-hand pane under "Quick access".
- At the top of the window, you'll see "OneDrive - Available storage".
- Check Storage via OneDrive Settings on Windows 10:
- Click on the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray (near the clock). Choose "More" (the three dots) and then select "Settings".
- Click on the "Account" tab to see your storage details.
Regarding your Microsoft 365 subscription, as long as your subscription is active, you'll have access to the storage space that comes with it. If your subscription expires and you don't renew it, you'll have 93 days to decide whether to renew or upgrade your subscription to keep your storage space. After 93 days, your unused storage will be reduced, and you might lose access to some features.
To manage your subscription:
- Go to [Microsoft Account] (https://account.microsoft.com/services) page.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Under "Subscriptions," you can view the status and details of your Microsoft 365 subscription.
I hope this helps you manage and understand your OneDrive and Microsoft 365 services better. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
