Microsoft Learn Sandbox missing subscription

Question

Hi im trying to complete the following exercise
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/azure-database-fundamentals/exercise-create-sql-database

getting this message:
You are currently signed into the 'Microsoft Learn Sandbox' directory which does not have any subscriptions. You have other directories you can switch to or you can sign up for a new subscription.

on
Select Create a resource > Databases > SQL database.

please advise
