ADFS Setup Issue: idpinitiatedsignon.aspx keeps going back to login page upon successful login.

Hello,

I am setting up ADFS and testing with idpinitiatedsignon.aspx. When I key in wrong username/password, it display proper error message. When I key in correct username and password, there is no error message but the same login page is displayed instead of a page with "Sign Out" button. See attached screenshot. Can advise how I can get the correct behaviour? Thank you.
