Hi Pratik,

We would like to confirm if you’re talking about changing the editing permission of a file stored in OneDrive. If yes, you can stop other users from editing a shared file by following the instructions in this article.

If you’re trying to transfer the ownership of a file from one user to another, it is not possible. You would have to download the said file or folder and save it in your OneDrive storage as your own copy.
