Hi @Vinod Survase

The first option is mainly control if the anonymous user can join the meeting as an anonymous user by clicking the link in the meeting invitation. For example, you could turn off this setting if you don't want anonymous users to join meetings scheduled by users in your organization.

The second option is mainly control the anonymous users' permission to interact the app in Teams meeting. By default, the setting to allow anonymous users to interact with apps in meetings is enabled.
