Missed Azure Exam

Hello Microsoft,
I recently signed up to take the AZ-900 exam. But, when I signed in to take the exam, the PSI Secure Browser that I had just downloaded blocked me from taking it. It said I had NVIDIA container running, and I spent hours that night trying to figure out why. I tried closing it with their feature, but it didn't close. I also tried task manager, but that did not work as well. I even went into the control panel and tried disabling it with no luck. So, I forfeited the exam and chose to take it another day. However, now I can't use my $15 student discount. Is there any way I can get another try with the discount because it was impossible for me to take the exam?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
