    Hi, Richard D'Adamo

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

It is possible that ActiveX control is disabled by default in your Office 365, you can select “File”, “Options” in turn.

Select “Trust Center” and then select the “Trust Center Settings” button.

Select “ActiveX Settings” and make sure you prompt me before enabling all controls with minimal restrictions or enable them without restrictions.

Select OK, then select OK again to save the settings and return to the document.

I hope the above information can help you. Feel free to send a message if you need further help.

    Best wishes
