I gather that there is some reduced functionality in the iPad version of Excel compared to the PC version.
I have found workarounds for most of the issues I have come across but things like inserting filenames and printing headers and footers still eludes me.
While I am disappointed that the functionality I expected was not available, a bigger issue for me was that there was no heads up before buying/installing the program that this was the case.
Anyway, if someone has a summary of the common shortfalls that are known to exist, it might save people time searching.
I understand that there are myriad combinations, but I expect the use of iPads with M365 Excel is fairly common.
Many Thanks and Regards.

Thanks for the feedback on this topic.
It is still a little high level to quantify the specific reductions in functionality.
Of note, the link to the matrix which lists the functions generally available for each hardware group just says Yes to the combination of the IPad and Office apps.
I have drilled into all of the relevant links/pages and, for example, I cannot see anything like details of whether or if I can print headers and footers. If I knew that it was not supported, though disappointed, I would accept it and move on.
I do appreciate that it is a bit of a jungle and thank you for your reply.
