end users cannot see chatbot in sharepoint

Hello,

We are an educational institution with A3 licenses.

Our chatbot creators have the Microsoft Copilot tenant license (which is supposed to give us 25k messages as well) and the $0 MS copilot studio user licenses that allows creators to create chatbots.

We created a chatbot and placed it on a sharepoint site. The creators are able to see it and interact with it.

According to the site below, "users of your agents dont need a special license. After you publish your agent, anyone who can access the published agent can interact with it".

Assign user licenses and manage access - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

However, our end users are not able to see it or use it.

Any assistance greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Dear JK2000DC,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with end users being able see chatbot in SharePoint. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

After carefully reviewing your issue description and conducting further investigations on our end, we have concluded that this issue requires more resources and expertise than our forum team currently possesses. To identify why the chatbot is not appearing for users, logs are required along with running diagnostics. Therefore, I kindly recommend that you create a support ticket with Microsoft Support directly by following the steps provided in this link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If you are not an admin, you can contact your admin to contact Microsoft support. You can look for the way to find your admin through this link: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to resolve the problem and for redirecting you to the relevant support team. I regret any inconvenience this may cause. The fix to your concern can be identified through the backend, and I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the appropriate team will assist you.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,
