    You should be able to simply double click on the file and access should launch with that file. Or, open Access and then go select the file to open.

    What issue are you experiencing exactly?

    Have you tried and are getting an error, if so, what error message?

    What type of file are you trying to open?

    "db" files?

    As in the file extension is literally .db or do you mean something else?
