Package or application not showing in software center

I have found some machine not getting the app or pkg showing in software center. The policy agent log having some log said policy is not found in local, download failed. While checking on ccm_policy_policy5 class, the pkg is in downloadpending status. It seems only happens on some machines connected via vpn, I can't find any other useful info regards this issue or how to resolve it

    What type of boundaries are you using?

    If it is on some machines then the issue must be with how your boundaries are configured. Have you tried adding the vpn subnets directly in the boundaries?
