I setup a personalized email address on my Office 365 Family several years ago, but now I can't find the link to where this can be changed. Is it no longer possible to make any changes to an already existing personalized email address?

    Hello,  remh

Microsoft accounts allow you to create new @outlook email address and add existing email address as aliases, which you can then use to log in to other software, such as Office applications (Microsoft 365 Family subscription).

If you already have another personalized email address, you can refer to this article to add this personalized email address as an alias for your Microsoft account: Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support

However, you cannot directly modify the original personalized email address or directly create a personalized email address using the above steps.

While the domain was purchased from GoDaddy, the email account was created through 365 Family. The feature that allows users to create personalized email addresses appears to have been removed.

When the domain was moved to GoDaddy I also updated the CNAME server so that the mail could be received by Office 365 Family/Outlook. I do realize that another way to do this would have been to purchase email through GoDaddy (or another provider) and configure Outlook to pick up mail from the IMAP server. But by creating a personalized email address in 365 Family I could bypass this process. Now it seems that I can't make any changes to the email account.
