In Visual Studio, how include a Word document?

In Visual Studio, how include a Word document, or how to keep the same appearance of the text copied from a Word document?
I write the pages using HTML.
I´m looking for a command similar to the command to include an image, that looks like this:
<td align="center" height="47" >
<img id="img1" src="rings.jpg" /></td>
but the source could be src="text.doc" or and other text formatted with a different formatted text, for instance "text.xml".
Other option would be copy the text, but keeping the text the same appearance that in Word.
