    Hi Luis Gerardo Galicia Thompson

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem of Refund.

Before I answer your question, I need to know some information to better help you with your problem.

Are you using a personal or company account?

If you are subscribing to a product from an official channel, you need to check if your account is subscribed to a Microsoft product?

If you are using a company account, you need to contact your company's IT and ask him to help you out.

    How to check your subscription:

Open the https://account.microsoft.com/. Login to your personal account

    Click "Services & Subscriptions".

Scroll down to see if you have Mircosoft 365 or Office subscription.

If you have subscribed from a third party, you will need to contact the third party and ask them for a refund.

There are some methods that can solve your problem.

Firstly you need to check your internet connection, activation requires internet support.

If it is a network problem, you can try to restart the network device, wait for a while, and then connect to the network.

1.You can also try to fix the DNS, to access the network.

Open the "Control Panel", select "Network and Internet", and click on "Network and Sharing Center".

Click on the blue text after the "Connections:" icon.

Right click on the connected network and select "Properties".

Double click on 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)'.

Select 'Use the following DNS server address' and enter the following address:

    Preferred DNS Server: 4.2.2.1

    Backup DNS Server: 4.2.2.2

    Click 'OK'.

2.Contact Microsoft Live Chat Support(This method does not apply to the Enterprise Edition)

Activation questions often involve sensitive personal information that should not be shared publicly in a forum.

For these reasons, we recommend that you contact Microsoft Live Chat Support to resolve your issue and avoid disclosing your personal information in this public forum.

Visit this website: Contact Contact - Microsoft Support

Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.

Enter your problem in the search bar. For example, subscriptions/invoices/refunds.

Click Get Help at the bottom of the page, and then click Contact Support.

Under Products and services, select “Microsoft 365 and Office”.Under category, select“Manage and my subscription”.Click Confirm.

choose "Chat with a support agent in a web browser".

Note: Chat support is only available during certain hours. So if the last window says it's not available, try reopening it the next day.

Let me know if this is contrary to what you need.

    Best regards.
