I created a Microsoft Form, but it doesn't not show up anywhere in my account to see the responses.

I followed these steps and still can't find it.

May I know, if you tried to directly access the form using the URL. You can follow the below steps if you haven't:

  1. Click on the click of the form you shared.
  2. You should see a URL similar to this: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=DQSIk\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*4u&route=shorturl
  3. This URL contains the Forms ID: DQSIk***************4u.
  4. Replace ResponsePage.aspx?idwith DesignPage.aspx#FormId and delete the last part &route=shorturlin the URL.
  5. Once you have the Forms ID, please use the following URL to access the form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx#FormId=DQSIk\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*4u

If so, steps below for your reference to view Forms response:

Under My forms you can find it

Click on the form > View responses

    • Then you can check the response

Thanks for your time and patience
