View the tasks entered in Todo in the Outlook calendar

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if it's possible to have the tasks entered in Todo and assigned to me also appear in the Outlook calendar view, at their respective times. I know it's possible to drag tasks from Todo into the calendar, but they then become separate events no longer linked to the original task.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello, Alberto

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community! I’ve reviewed the situation and explored alternative ways to support you.

However, at this time, Microsoft To Do tasks do not automatically appear in the Outlook calendar view with their scheduled times. While tasks are synced with Outlook Tasks, they won’t show up as calendar events unless manually added.

As a workaround, you can manually create calendar events and include a link to the original To Do task, following this guidance.

    1. Open Microsoft To Do.
    2. Click on the Three dots button on the task and select Copy Task.
    3. Go to Outlook Calendar and create a new event.
    4. Paste the link into the event description.

For more information, I found that Power Automate can help bridge that gap by automatically creating Outlook calendar events from your Microsoft To Do tasks. However, since our team has limited resources in Power Automate, I recommend posting your question in theMicrosoft Power Platform Community Forum Thread. This forum is dedicated to Power Automate and is supported by experienced experts and partners who regularly share solutions and insights.

This will help ensure you receive accurate and professional support tailored to your needs.

Please let me know if I can do anything more for you!

If my information is helpful for you, it would mean a lot if you could mark it as the answer. It will help others with the same issue as you can find the answer quickly.

    Best Regards,
