Find Who's Using Jupyter Notebook

I'm not familiar with managing CosmosDB or Jupyter Notebook, so forgive me if this question is fundamentally flawed. If there's any documentation that can answer this question I can go ahead with the research. I'm not sure how to audit this situation.

How can I find who's using Jupyter Notebook in my organization?

    @jsc.lt ,
    I do not think any way of getting who all are using Jupyter Notebook. If users in your organization are using a shared notebook using GitHub, Drops then you can probably know who all users are.
