How can I generate CSR from signing keypair

Hi all,
I created a key-pair using the NCryptCreatePersistedKey function. The key after creation will be stored in %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA folder.
My question is how to generate a CSR (certificate signing request) from this key-pair. Thanks in advance.
