Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I would like to inquire about a behavior I’ve observed in Outlook 365. When composing an email, Outlook allows the same email address to be added multiple times across the "To," "Cc," or "Bcc" fields. This results in the recipient seeing their address listed more than once, although they receive only one copy of the email.
Could you please confirm if this is the intended behavior? Additionally, is there a built-in feature or recommended method to automatically detect and remove duplicate email addresses before sending?
Best Regards
Sajesh M Sasidhar
