I got logged out of FB and the only option it gives me to get back in is to submit a code from the authenticator app. Unfortunately there is no FB on the app so I can't generate a code. How do I fix this?

That didn't work. Also, sadly, I'm now also locked out of my FB on my iphone as well so I now no longer have any access to it at all.
