How to solve a Limit Exceeded problem using python in excel?

I know there's a limit to how much you can use it each month. I was working on a project using this version of Python, and I got the famous #BLOCKED message. Do you know how long it will take to work again? Do I have to wait a month for the next one?

    Dear Tomas Ramirez Neves,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you encountered while using Python in Excel.

Regarding your question: the #BLOCKED error typically appears when you exceed the usage quota that Microsoft sets for the Python in Excel feature. There are two main types of quotas:

    • Daily quota – resets after 24 hours.
    • Monthly quota – resets on the first day of the following month.

Based on the information you provided, if you’ve been using Python in Excel extensively this month and received the #BLOCKED error, it’s likely that you’ve exceeded the monthly quota. In this case, you’ll need to wait until the 1st of the next month for the feature to be restored. You don’t need to wait a full 30 days—just until the calendar flips to the new month.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to share them with me.

    Best regards,
