I have been trying to download my OneNote files from OneDrive but every time, it would stop downloading at 3.8Gb in size when the original file is over 20Gb in size. My Microsoft account is from my school so I've asked them if my account cap to how much I could download at a time which they replied that there was no limiter on my account. They thought I didn't have enough cloud storage to go ahead and download my files so they increased the storage space for me with no avail. What could be the reason why I am unable to download my OneNote files? As an aside, I tried to export my files from OneNote directly but it would always crash when I tried to download it so that's why I have been trying to download my files from OneDrive thinking that would be a better solution.
This is the error message I would get:

I found that the work around my issue was to go into the OneNote app directly and then export each section within the notebook that way. For some reason, OneNote crashes and won't let me download the whole notebook at once likely because it's too big.
