Hello, Microsoft Team

I had a office 365 developer account. recently I  opened the Onedrive app in my phone and noticed that no files were opening. Also, when I clicked on the files, nothing showed up – it appeared as if the folders were empty.

So, I tried logging out and logging back in, but I got a message" You admin needs to assign you to sharepoint and OneDrive licence to do this."

though I am the admin of this dev account, at the admin panel it shows that a license is assigned in this account, but I still can’t log in.

But when I go to the subscription page in the admin panel, it shows that I have no subscriptions.

There are many important files uploaded in the drive.
