I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

AT&T - Error

Thank you!

Hi all, I just spent 1 hour on the line with an AT&T rep and this is what resolved my issue.

We disconnected from my normal wifi and connected to my hotspot on my phone. Once I did this, I was able to sign in and see my email. At that point I could then switch back to my normal wifi.

The rep said this is something that they are working on and it is a known issue but switching wifi, at least for my case, helped me to get into my email. Hope this helps others. I told her there were many having this issue and she asked me to put this workaround out to you.

I just got a new tablet on my plan, but I can't activate it because I'm having the same issue. I changed passwords try different devices, but nothing works.

It has to be something on the ATT side. Like I said, I tried five different browsers. I then tried my old laptop thinking that the issue was tied to some updates on my newer computer but had the same issue on my old laptop that had not been updated.

I am not sure what I did, but I now am getting it to work with MS Edge. It still does not work with Chrome, Opera, Firefox or DuckDuckGo. I cleared the cache and uninstalled a couple of Windows updates from last week but if that was the "fix" it did not work for the other browsers. Therefore, I don't think the updates were the issue.

I'm having the same issue as all of you. This started on Maay 6. I've tried 3 different devices, different browsers and different ISP sources. No luck. Now I'm getting the care code 205.2 'temporary lock-out'. I'm looking for a telephone number to talk to someone knowledgeable. The chat lines and website help is useless.
