I have tried five different browsers. I have cleared cache.

In addition to the message, it appears that it is trying to log me out per the below. Thoughts?

AT&T - Error

Thank you!

My android phone and PC are experiencing the same problem. I have tried all that was suggested by online users. Nothing seems to fix it.

I hope it truly is a problem with Yahoo and not my device. I tried multiple times and had one success but when I tried again, I had the same

problem. I think it is Yahoo's problem.

I just wanted to say thank you as I ran into the exact same problem. Tried several different platforms, resetting of pwds. All the things. I tried the work around on my mobile and it is working for now. I am able to get into my sbcglobal.net email

    Thank you for sharing!

Hi all, submitting a solution again.

I just spent 1.5 hours last night on the line with an AT&T rep and this is what resolved my issue.

We disconnected from my normal wifi and connected to my hotspot on my phone. Once I did this, I was able to sign in and see my email. At that point I could then switch back to my normal wifi.

The rep said this is something that they are working on and it is a known issue but switching wifi, at least for my case, helped me to get into my email. Hope this helps others. I told her there were many having this issue and she asked me to put this workaround out to you.
