Unable to Start AZ900 Exam in PSI as unable to manually close prohibited apps Mail.ru Agent & Sockethectiserver

Hi,

Today I am unable to start the exam with error that two prohibited apps were unable to close "Mail.ru Agent & Sockethectiserver". However when I did performed the system compatibility check, it passed. Please assist on this issue. Even I tried with a different laptop both case it was same.
