Microsoft Forms - Upload Image/Doc Function

The upload function in my form stopped working. When someone fills out my form and tries to upload images or documents, an error now appears saying that the upload has failed immediately after selecting the file.

It was working for a while and then stopped. I made no changes prior to the error beginning.

Since the error began, I have adjusted the size of the file, the number of files allowed, removed the section and re-added the section. None of these actions has resolved the problem.

Any advice or solutions would be welcome.

    Hi Tani,

    Thank you for the information.

I have tried different browsers including mobile. I've tried different files. It's actually been happening for a while as I use this form for coworkers to send me requests and every time they can't upload their images or text files so this was my last resort.

The form is only for people within our specific community, but maybe you can by pass that to look at it? Otherwise, maybe there is another way I can contact Micrsoft about this.
