I forgot my organization email password

Question

I need help,I forgot my my organization email password yes I cannot access the email the ******@nahi.org I forgot the password so the I was asked to contact my administrator I contacted the person that um that um build the website for me but he said he can do anything that except I give him permission so I'm really really confused I've done a lot of applications and I'm expecting that they will be Mill dropped in that particular using that particular info I need help

As a forum moderator, we don't have the access to the detailed account system needed to troubleshoot this effectively due to due to privacy and security constrains.

As your description, I understand that you are using a user account, not admin account so you can't access to account managing page. The only one can access is the tenant admin, who can't or don't know where to check. If the admin tenant doesn't know, you can contact your tenant admin to reset account password, see this for managing account and password Reset a user's password - Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Learn
