Hello Community Members,

I have a Microsoft Form with a File upload field as Signature. I have created a Power Automate flow that will save the response to the SharePoint list. Whenever a user uploads a file, the flow will run successfully. When a file is not uploading, the error is generated. I was saving the signature file to SharePoint link as a hyperlink.

Error:
Action 'Apply_to_each_1' failed: The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each_1' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@outputs('Compose_-_Signature_File')' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

Steps that I have followed:

  1. Compose - Signature File => json(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/rce7870d9193745018cf088fd0472f54b'])
  2. Apply to each loop => take Outputs of compose

Inside the loop,

  1. Create share link - Signature => [File = item()?['id']
  2. Create item - Signature Column -> Web URL from dynamic content

How to resolve this issue?
