Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Ads on signature
Why does a signature to Microsoft products publicity appear when you share a file using M365 Copilot? I want to remove that signature at once, otherwise I have to delete it every time I share a file.

Could you show us a screen shot of what you are seeing?
Another option for sharing OneDrive files would be to do it from within OneDrive on the web; go to https://onedrive.live.com. (That option isn't necessarily supported on all platforms, though.)

2025-05-14T16:53:34+00:00 And the worst thing is that now whenever I delete that signature when I want to share the file, it disappears (the file). For this I will not continue to pay a monthly subscription.

2025-05-14T16:33:35+00:00 Good afternoon.
In the app, in settings, nothing about sharing and/or subscriptions appears.
How can I do it on the web?
Thank you

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well despite the situation you find yourself in.
I understand your concern. The signature that appears when you share a file using M365 Copilot is a default setting. To remove it permanently, you can adjust your sharing settings in M365 Copilot. Here's how you can do it:
- Sign in to your M365 Copilot account.
- Go to the settings or preferences section.
- Look for the option related to signatures or branding.
- Disable or remove the default signature.
- Save your changes.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Fordy B.
